Carol, Founder and Owner of Puzzle2Purpose, LLC, is a master certified coach and mentor specializing in transforming lives through the discovery of your unique personality bent, your unique communication style, and the unique path that you will take. Carol is– a coaching, mentoring, and training organization that works with individuals, children, teens, families, groups and businesses in the areas of communication, interpersonal relationships, goals, work styles and discovering what makes you UNIQUE.
Carol earned her Master Certified Coach certificate through the International Coach Federation, with 20 years of experience coaching, mentoring and mediating. Her rich background speaks to her passion for helping others as a paralegal, Court Appointed Special Advocate (CASA) Kaplan Elemental Coach and trainer through the Laurie Beth Jones organization and Coach Velocity.
A lifelong learner, Carol is also a certified Trainer for 5 Languages of Appreciation at WorkTM. and a certified facilitator for Prepare/EnrichTM, and TILT365.
A member of the International Coach Federation (ICF) is active in the ICF Philadelphia Chapter, the Life Coach Governing Organization, Great Dames, served on the Board of National Association of Women Business Owners Delaware (NAWBO DE), served on the Board of the Great Valley Toastmasters organization, a chapter of Toastmasters International, and is a “Woman in Action” Mentor for the Women’s Leadership Council.
Carol is a skilled coach, but more importantly, a skilled facilitator. Coaching is still an emerging field in many ways, so it is rare and valuable to find a skilled practitioner to learn with. Carol’s particular strengths as a facilitator lie in group discussion, one-to-one mentorship, expert demonstration, and a seemingly magical ability to draw metaphor from thin air. Throw in a generous dash of accurate empathy and you’ll have a hard time finding a better human to work with!

MERCI MIGLINO, MCC
I want to take the mystery out of coaching mastery!
Educated as a teacher and working as a journalist, paralegal, communications director and campaign manager, Merci Miglino is the eldest daughter of nine children where she learned to motivate a divergent group toward a common goal and to persist even in the face of impossible challenges.
Armed with this background, and a passion for advocacy, she served in a leadership in the rough and tumble world of the New York State Legislature serving as Director of Communications in both the state Assembly and state Senate.
For the last 20 years, Merci runs a successful coaching practice and has conducted training and coaching for numerous organizations including the International Coach Academy, CoachA, Blanchard Coaching, Laser Coaching, Clearing Beliefs, and several Employee Assistance programs.
She is also a member of the Association of Coach Training Organizations (ACTO) and the International Coach Federation (ICF) where she is actively creating a program for trainers of coaching.
