NOW WE ARE EXCITED TO TEACH THESE SECRETS TO YOU, IN THE 12 WEEK, LIVE, ONLINE ICF ACCREDITED – COACH CREDENTIAL PREP COURSE

We’ve watched coach after coach struggle to find the kind of help that will efficiently and affordably help take their coaching to the next level. The only option out there has been mentor-coaching and it lacks the structure and the process that hones in on precisely what coaches need to get certified. Mentor-coaching also doesn’t assess and build directly on your existing set of foundational skills so it can be wasteful, time consuming and expensive.

The Coach Credential Prep Course is an affordable coach training, designed specifically around the certification process, which leverages your current level of skills and experience.

In 12 weeks, we will guide you through the essential skills you need to up-level your coaching AND to effortlessly pass the ICF certification requirements.

Program Narrative: How This Work Unfolds

WEEK 1

Setting the Ground: Vision, Capacity, and Orientation

This week establishes how we will work together—and what kind of coaching capacity this program is designed to develop. Rather than focusing on techniques or formulas, we begin by clarifying vision: who you are becoming as a coach, what you stand for, and how you want to show up in complexity.

At this level, vision is not aspirational branding; it is an internal orientation. We explore the distinction between competence and capacity, and why MCC-level coaching requires a different relationship with listening, presence, and restraint. This week invites you to slow down, recalibrate, and set a personal stake in the ground for the coach you are here to become.

WEEK 2

Going Deeper: MCC Listening Refinement

At the MCC level, listening is no longer about gathering information—it is about tracking emergence. This week focuses on refining how you listen beneath content, stories, and emotional display to notice identity, system dynamics, and subtle shifts in meaning.

We explore what it means to listen without anticipation, interpretation, or agenda—and why premature insight, empathy, or affirmation can unintentionally collapse depth. You’ll begin practicing listening as a stabilizing force, not an intervention.

Materials Added:

  • MCC Listening Refinement Checklist (used as a self-observation and calibration tool)

This week often reveals how deeply ingrained “helping” habits can interfere with generative space—and how much more becomes possible when the coach truly stays.

WEEK 3

Reframing Empathy: Is There “No Empathy” at MCC?

This week challenges one of the most common misunderstandings about master-level coaching: the belief that empathy disappears at MCC. In truth, empathy does not vanish—it evolves.

We examine the difference between emotional resonance and emotional fusion, and why MCC empathy is quiet, spacious, and non-collapsing. You’ll learn how overt empathy can sometimes soothe the moment while limiting insight—and how embodied presence can communicate safety without closing the field.

This week refines your ability to remain grounded, regulated, and relational without rescuing, reassuring, or aligning prematurely.

WEEK 4

Presence Under Pressure

As conversations move into ambiguity, emotion, or uncertainty, the coach’s internal state becomes the primary instrument. This week focuses on maintaining presence when sessions feel unproductive, clients feel stuck, or outcomes are unclear.

We explore nervous system regulation, internal coherence, and how MCC coaches remain steady without forcing progress. The emphasis is not on “doing better coaching,” but on being with what is unfolding long enough for something new to emerge.

WEEK 5

Evoking Awareness Without Interpretation

This week refines how awareness is evoked at depth—without analysis, labeling, or explanation. You’ll practice offering observations that are precise, spacious, and invitational rather than meaning-making for the client.

We focus on restraint, timing, and the subtle difference between a mirror that opens insight and one that directs it. The work here is less about crafting powerful questions and more about knowing when not to speak.

WEEK 6

Identity, Pattern, and the “Who” Beneath the Issue

At MCC level, the issue is rarely the issue. This week trains your capacity to recognize identity-level patterns, persistent perspectives, and organizing principles beneath surface topics.

You’ll practice staying with the who—not to analyze it, but to let it reveal itself through language, silence, and choice. This week often marks a shift from “coaching well” to coaching from depth.

WEEK 7

Working Inside Systems Without Simplifying Them

Clients do not operate in isolation. This week focuses on helping clients stay oriented within complex systems—organizational, relational, cultural, and internal—without reducing that complexity for comfort.

Rather than solving problems, MCC coaching helps clients see the system they are inside and choose how they want to relate to it. The coach’s role is to hold complexity steady enough for clarity to arise.

WEEK 8

Direct Communication as Precision, Not Force

This week reframes direct communication as clarity without judgment. You’ll refine how to speak directly while remaining non-invasive, non-evaluative, and non-leading.

We explore tone, timing, and energetic impact—learning how fewer words, delivered cleanly, can create far more movement than explanation or emphasis.

WEEK 9

Trusting Emergence

At this stage, the work is about letting go of control. This week focuses on trusting the process itself—allowing insight, choice, and commitment to arise organically rather than being engineered.

You’ll practice staying with uncertainty, resisting the urge to “wrap up,” and allowing sessions to end in openness rather than resolution when that is what serves the client’s growth.

WEEK 10

Integration: From Capacity to Consistency

This week integrates listening, presence, empathy, awareness, and direct communication into a coherent coaching stance. Rather than focusing on markers or performance, the emphasis is on consistency of being across sessions.

You’ll reflect on what has shifted internally and how your coaching now lands differently—often with less effort and more depth.

WEEK 11

Readiness, Discernment, and Professional Maturity

This week addresses professional readiness: knowing when to intervene, when to stay silent, and when not to coach at all. MCC-level maturity includes discernment, ethical restraint, and deep respect for the client’s timing.

WEEK 12

Vision Revisited: Who You Are Now

We close by returning to vision—not as aspiration, but as lived experience. This final week invites you to articulate how your coaching presence has evolved and what you are now committed to embodying as a master-level coach.

Vision here is no longer conceptual. It is observable in how you listen, speak, and remain steady inside complexity.
